Our free hotline connects you to health and human services, government programs, and community-based organizations across Chaves County.
2-1-1 Phone Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Closed most holidays.

The Chaves County Resource Guide provides information about local health, social service, and community resources available throughout Chaves County. The guide is updated annually and distributed during the Chaves County Health Expo.
